Partner Relationship Representative

About the role

viva.com, a payment services provider operating across Europe, is looking for a Partner Relationship Representative in Slovenia. The role takes ownership of the partnership program and supports partners at a national level, helping with onboarding, verification and activation of new merchants, while also identifying and engaging new prospective partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist partners in onboarding, verifying and activating new merchants
• Identify and engage new prospective partners to promote the company's collaboration framework
• Serve as the first point of contact for partners and escalate partner requests by opening cases for issues beyond their resolution capacity
• Drive production and growth within the Indirect Team
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships through regular field visits and in-person engagement

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience working cross-functionally to strengthen partner relationships and business impact
• Ability to spot business potential and added value in technology-driven commercial solutions
• Strong stakeholder with engagement skills, able to interact confidently with people at all levels
• Able to work independently and as part of a team on parallel projects
• Fluent in Slovenian and able to speak business-level English
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned region
• Valid Slovenian or EU driving licence and access to a personal vehicle
