Mid-Market Business Information Sales Specialist

About the role

As a Mid-Market Business Information Sales Specialist you will drive new client acquisition for Coface’s Business Information services across Slovenia. You will build a robust sales pipeline, present tailored risk‑management solutions and support customers through onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for Business Information services.
• Generate and qualify leads, maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
• Present Coface solutions, conduct meetings and understand client needs.
• Prepare commercial offers, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to portfolio growth.
• Support new customers during onboarding and ensure smooth transition.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales records using internal IT tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximise business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or related field with at least 3 years experience, or higher vocational degree with at least 4 years experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a focus on long‑term relationships.
• Professional proficiency in English and Croatian/Serbian.
• Native‑level Slovenian and permanent residency in Slovenia.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence.
