Enterprise Sales Manager – Retail Partnerships

About the role

As an Enterprise Sales Manager you will lead the growth of Wolt’s retail offering by acquiring strategic partnerships with new merchants. You will act as a trusted partner for retailers, shaping our multi‑vertical retail solution and delivering long‑term value for both Wolt and its partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a sales strategy to meet targets set by management.
• Build and systematically manage a pipeline of high‑potential retail partners across verticals such as supermarkets, health & beauty, florists, toys, and electronics.
• Develop deep knowledge of the competitive landscape and retail market trends.
• Target enterprise‑level partners in line with company strategy and market objectives.
• Establish and nurture C‑level relationships with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including technical, legal, and financial negotiations, from first contact to signed contract.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams on multinational prospects and larger partnership strategies.
• Identify innovative business solutions that create mutual value for Wolt and its partners.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within retail or related verticals.
• Proven ability to own the end‑to‑end sales process and close complex deals.
• Strong understanding of retail market dynamics and competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior executives.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with legal, finance, and product teams.
