About the role

The EMEA Engineering Graduate Program at Avnet offers recent electronic engineering graduates a 15‑month rotational experience across the company’s diverse business units. You will work on real customer projects, support innovative ideas and help bring concepts to market.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their technical needs.
• Participate in innovative projects for makers, startups and global enterprises.
• Deliver end‑to‑end design solutions that meet client goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Avnet’s EMEA locations.

Required profile

• Electronic engineering degree or comparable qualification.
• Fluent in English and Slovene.
• Local driving licence.
• Passion for the technology industry and curiosity for an agile work environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑changing business.
