Product Training Manager – Small Domestic Appliances

About the role

The Product Training Manager for Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) will design, deliver and continuously improve training solutions that translate product features into clear consumer benefits for sales teams, promoters and retail partners across Europe. You will work closely with product, marketing and sales functions to ensure consistent product communication and successful market launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SDA training materials, including presentations, e‑learning modules, videos and toolkits.
• Deliver online and face‑to‑face product training sessions for sales organisations, field managers, promoters and category buyers.
• Lead training programmes for new product launches, ensuring markets are ready before commercialization.
• Manage the European promoter training infrastructure, onboarding, certification standards and compliance.
• Measure training effectiveness through participation numbers, knowledge assessments and feedback analysis.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in product training, sales training, product marketing or commercial excellence.
• Proven track record of creating and delivering training programmes for sales organisations, retail staff and distributors.
• Experience supporting new product launches in SDA, consumer electronics or FMCG sectors.
• Strong ability to translate technical product features into compelling consumer benefits.
