People Experience & Ops Specialist

About the role

bunny.net is seeking a People Experience & Ops Specialist to own and elevate the employee journey for its distributed team of 100+ professionals. You will manage the full lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, automate processes, and design culture initiatives that keep a remote‑first team connected and focused.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and contract administration, acting as the primary liaison for the OysterHR partnership.
• Audit, document, and improve internal People processes to ensure scalability and clarity for managers and employees.
• Design and implement culture, engagement, and growth initiatives that support career development and team cohesion.
• Leverage HRIS, survey tools, and automation to streamline repetitive tasks and increase operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in People Operations within a remote‑first or distributed scale‑up environment.
• Systems‑thinking approach to HR with a track record of building end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes.
• Clear, proactive communicator who thrives in an asynchronous setting and can influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
