Lead Instructor: Enterprise

About the role

This role leads a series of hands‑on, virtual training sessions for enterprise teams adopting a new retail promotion planning and optimisation tool. Based remotely in Slovenia, you will guide learners through realistic promotional scenarios, ensuring consistent terminology and processes across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 30 virtual instructor‑led workshops (10 full‑day and 20 half‑day sessions) covering end‑to‑end promotional planning workflows.
• Facilitate interactive exercises that let participants use the proprietary tool in live scenarios.
• Explain core concepts such as ROI, sales lift, incrementality and AI‑assisted recommendations in clear business language.
• Adapt training delivery to audiences ranging from beginners to advanced users.
• Prepare and rehearse session material, complete onboarding, dry‑runs and client‑specific tool training.

Required profile

• Background in marketing, sales, business analysis or a related field with familiarity of retail promotion terminology.
• Proven ability to learn and demonstrate proprietary software confidently in a live virtual environment.
• Experience delivering hands‑on, virtual training or workshops to mixed‑skill audiences.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills with a professional virtual presence.
• Comfort with troubleshooting technology and adapting to evolving client requirements.
