Senior Growth Engagement Manager, International

About the role

Robinhood is seeking a Senior Growth Engagement Manager to own the international consumer lifecycle strategy. You will design and execute automated, data‑driven journeys that guide users from onboarding through product adoption and retention, helping democratize finance worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, size and prioritize engagement opportunities across onboarding, activation, retention and reactivation for international users.
• Collaborate with product, product marketing, design, data science and creative teams to build personalized, compelling customer journeys.
• Define and run automated, triggered campaigns across email, push notifications and in‑app surfaces, ensuring localisation and compliance.
• Use quantitative analysis to prioritize initiatives and measure weekly engagement milestones.
• Partner with engineers, analysts and content strategists to continuously improve the growth roadmap.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading growth or engagement programs for consumer products at a senior level.
• Strong quantitative mindset with ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, high‑performance environment.
