Property Management Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Property Management Account Manager to work remotely from Slovenia. In this role you will own a diverse portfolio of residential units, act as the main point of contact for clients and tenants, and ensure efficient day‑to‑day operations while driving portfolio growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for client and tenant communications, responding promptly via email and written correspondence.
• Oversee daily operations of an assigned property portfolio, maintaining high service standards.
• Manage a portfolio ranging from ~70 units for standard performance up to 350 units for top performers.
• Coordinate workflows and supervise Virtual Assistants, ensuring accountability and quality.
• Identify and resolve complex operational issues that fall outside standard procedures.
• Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to ambiguous situations.
• De‑escalate conflicts with clients and tenants while preserving positive relationships.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and operational demands.

Required profile

• Previous experience in property management roles such as Leasing Agent, Property Management Assistant, or Property Manager.
• Proven ability to oversee daily property operations, workflows, and team performance.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience supervising remote team members or Virtual Assistants.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
