Principal Biostatistician – Immunology (Phase II/III)

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Principal Biostatistician with immunology expertise to lead statistical activities for Phase II and Phase III clinical programs. The role provides end‑to‑end statistical leadership, collaborating with clinical, programming and regulatory teams in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Principal‑level biostatistics support for Phase II–III clinical trials.
• Independently author and review Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs).
• Support integration activities across multiple studies and programs.
• Act as a proactive statistical partner to Clinical, Programming, and Regulatory teams.
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality, compliant statistical outputs within project timelines.
• Communicate statistical concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Significant experience as a Principal Biostatistician in pharma or CRO settings.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Phase II and Phase III clinical study design and analysis.
• Proven expertise in SAP writing and review.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented communication style.
• Immunology therapeutic area experience is a plus, not mandatory.
• Strong R programming experience.
