About the role

Join EY Parthenon in Ljubljana as a Junior Consultant and support clients in shaping their growth strategies. You will work on market entry, expansion, and acquisition projects across a variety of industries, gaining hands‑on experience in strategic analysis and implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth market research and analysis using analytical tools and methodologies.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives such as market entry, growth plans, and expansion projects.
• Prepare detailed analytical reports and presentations that summarize findings, feasibility studies, and recommendations.
• Apply problem‑solving thinking to complex challenges encountered during market assessments.
• Provide strategic input and assist in the execution of growth, merger, or acquisition plans.
• Continuously learn about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies while collaborating with senior colleagues.

Required profile

• University degree (or graduating this academic year).
• Interest in strategy consulting; previous consulting experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Slovene and proficient in written and spoken English.
• Strong common sense, ability to stay level‑headed under pressure, and quick learning of unfamiliar topics.
