Junior Associate – Corporate, Banking & Finance, Data Protection

About the role

We are seeking Junior Associates to join our Corporate, Banking & Finance and Data Protection teams in Ljubljana. You will support a variety of domestic and cross‑border matters, working closely with experienced lawyers and international colleagues in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with company formations, due‑diligence reviews, reorganisations and internal investigations.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documentation.
• Conduct legal research and provide business‑oriented solutions.
• Support domestic and international matters across corporate, banking & finance and data‑protection law.
• Collaborate with colleagues across jurisdictions to develop your legal skills.

Required profile

• Law degree from a Slovenian university (Faculty of Law).
• Interest or initial experience in corporate, banking & finance or data‑protection matters.
• Strong academic record and excellent legal writing abilities.
• Fluent in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, flexible and motivated to learn in an international law‑firm setting.
