Director of Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a senior, commercially‑mind​ed Director of Marketing to lead our growth initiatives from Slovenia. The role combines strategic ownership with hands‑on execution, turning brand awareness into measurable revenue across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the overall marketing strategy across acquisition, conversion, retention, lifecycle, brand, content and community.
• Lead marketing analytics and reporting, providing clear visibility into channel performance, customer behavior, CAC, ROAS, conversion and LTV.
• Develop deep customer insights and use behavioral data to optimise the full journey from discovery to advocacy.
• Drive profitable customer acquisition and ticket sales across markets, overseeing paid media, SEO and other growth channels.
• Oversee e‑commerce and digital conversion performance, including landing pages, offers, booking journeys, mobile experiences and checkout.
• Build repeatable marketing playbooks for launching and scaling new locations, aligning spend with inventory and seasonality.
• Identify, test and scale new channels, audiences, partnerships and creative concepts.
• Own retention and loyalty programmes (email, SMS, memberships, referrals, re‑activation) to increase repeat visits and LTV.
• Protect and evolve the brand, leading content, social, influencer, PR and local activation strategies.
• Lead, coach and develop the Marketing team while staying close to performance data and creative execution.

Required profile

• Senior leader with a commercial mindset and proven track record of delivering revenue‑focused marketing results.
• Data‑driven, player‑coach who can balance strategic ownership with hands‑on execution.
• Experience scaling marketing operations across multiple locations in a high‑growth environment.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, working closely with senior leadership, operations and customer experience teams.
