Community Manager

About the role

MeetMinded is a fast‑growing startup that turns strangers into friends through local meetups worldwide. We are looking for a Community Manager who will be the public voice of the brand, engaging with members online and offline, and helping shape our product experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor Reddit and other social platforms, joining conversations with helpful, human replies.
• Host live webinars in English for members and potential users.
• Build and maintain relationships with brand ambassadors and community members.
• Interview members to gather stories, feedback, and insights for product improvement.
• Identify recurring themes in community discussions and relay them to the product team.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English; you will be the public face of the brand.
• Confident presenter comfortable hosting live webinars and speaking to groups.
• Natural people‑person who enjoys genuine conversations both online and offline.
• Self‑starter mindset; you take initiative without waiting for direction.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.

Required skills

• Strong, warm, on‑brand writing ability.
• Experience with online community platforms (e.g., Reddit, webinar tools).
