Co-Founder & Head of Engineering – Longevity (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious entrepreneur to become a Co‑Founder and Head of Engineering for a new longevity‑focused startup. The position is fully remote and offers direct employment with a salary or optional funding to help you launch and scale the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own, build, and lead the engineering side of a longevity startup from concept to market.
• Iterate the product together with mentors until product‑market‑fit is achieved.
• Collaborate weekly with experienced unicorn founders for strategic guidance.
• Drive hiring efforts using a network of over 50,000 professionals.
• Prepare the company for multi‑million‑euro funding rounds.

Required profile

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
