AI Safety Red Teamer Expert

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Safety Red Teamer to join our remote team. You will design adversarial prompts and stress‑test frontier AI models to uncover unsafe behaviors, jailbreaks, hallucinations, and policy failures.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute adversarial prompts that probe model robustness.
• Identify jailbreaks, unsafe outputs, hallucinations, and policy violations.
• Evaluate model behavior across domains such as misinformation, cyber threats, biosecurity, fraud, and political content.
• Document discovered vulnerabilities and contribute to safety benchmarking and red‑team reports.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to improve model alignment, robustness, and overall safety.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Journalism, Communications, Psychology, Biology, Chemistry, Public Policy, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in AI safety, AI red teaming, trust & safety, cybersecurity, investigative journalism, life sciences, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical reasoning, prompt‑design expertise, and excellent written communication skills.
• Proven experience designing adversarial prompts or evaluating frontier AI systems.
