Stakeholder Engagement, Events & Challenges Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Non‑Key Expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme. The role will focus on mobilising stakeholders, organising institutional events, running innovation competitions and facilitating B2B/B2G matchmaking within the space ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Mobilise and engage stakeholders across Africa and the EU in the space sector.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver institutional events and outreach activities.
• Design and manage innovation competitions and challenge programmes.
• Facilitate B2B and B2G matchmaking to promote partnerships and investment.
• Maintain stakeholder mapping and engagement records.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year programme) in communication, international relations, event management, social sciences or related field.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in stakeholder engagement, event organisation or ecosystem mobilisation.
• At least one year of experience with institutional events, innovation challenges or B2B/B2G matchmaking.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
